7.9. Clinic Profile

This page shows the contact information for the clinic.
NOTE: If you want to add another clinic, contact your MicroPort sales representative and they will arrange to create another clinic for your system.
7.9.1. Clinic Information
- * Clinic Account Name
- Required field. The Clinic Admin can modify the clinic name.
- * Address
- Required field. Enter up to four lines of text (32 characters per line).
- * Country
- Required field. Select the clinic's country from the drop-down menu. Contact the Help Desk if you move your clinic to another country.
- State/Province
- Select the clinic's state or province from the drop-down menu.
- * City
- Required field. Enter up to 50 characters.
- * Zip/Postal Code
- Required field. Enter the clinic's zip/postal code up to 10 alphanumeric characters.
- * Phone Number
- Required field. Enter the clinic's phone number.
- * Sales Rep Name
- Enter the name of your MicroPort sales representative. Enter up to 50 characters
- * Language
- Select the language for your clinic's website.
- * Time zone
- Required field. Select the time zone for your clinic from the drop-down menu.
- * Data Retention Period
- Required field. The number of years the system will retain the data when patient information is deleted.
- * Distribution Channel
- Required field. Select the distribution channel that best fit your clinic. This information is used by the Help Desk for remote monitoring device distribution.
- Ship-to-patient: when remote monitoring devices are shipped by MicroPort Help Desk to patients
- Consignment: when remote monitoring devices are distributed by the clinic to patients
- Hybrid / other: for hybrid situation or another situation
- * Display non sustained episodes in EGM report
- When checked, the PDF report for Tachy devices may contain the list of Non sustained episodes if any were recorded in device memory. The EGM of such Non sustained episodes are then added at the end of the EGM report (PDF).
When unchecked, Non sustained episodes are not reported in the PDF report, nor in the EGM report.
- * Enable MicroPort Customer Service to enroll patients
- Select if you would like to allow your local Customer Service to enroll patients on your behalf. When activated, the ENROLL PATIENT page becomes visible to Tier 1 Helpdesk users that can create new patients in you clinic with the information that you provide.
- * Send SMS messages to disconnected patients
- When checked, patients that are not connected anymore can be sent a text message (SMS) automatically.
The SMS invites patient to reconnect and perform a manual transmission if required.
This applies to patients with a wireless transmitter after they have been paired.
SMARTVIEW is looking at how many days patients are not connected anymore. When the number of days exceeds the given threshold, the SMS is sent. Reminders may be sent as well, after a couple of days.
Options for text messages to patients:
- * Send SMS if no communication for N days
- How many days of no connection to trigger a text message (SMS)
- * Number of reminders
- Number of reminders in addition to the initial text message.
- * Time between reminders
- Number of days before sending a reminder.
